What Happens After the Allotment Results Are Out?
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in round three must report to their assigned institute between October 14 and 19. It is crucial to note that failing to report will lead to the forfeiture of the security deposit, as stipulated by the counselling rules.
According to the updated counselling schedule, candidates were allowed to submit their preferences for round three until October 11. If a candidate who registered for the first time in round three does not receive a seat, they can automatically participate in the stray vacancy round without needing to re-register.
The MCC conducts NEET UG counselling annually in four stages to fill 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS and BDS programs offered by both government and private medical and dental colleges across India.
