The candidates can follow the steps mentioned here to download the CSAB phase 1 seat allotment results from the official website.
Step 1: Visit the official website, csab.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘CSAB Special’ tab.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the link that reads, ‘CSAB Special Round-1 Seat Allotment Result’
Step 5: Enter the asked credentials, such as JEE Main application number, password, etc and click on submit.
Step 6: Exercise the options freeze, surrender, float, withdraw, or exit.
Step 7: Pay the seat acceptance/ institution admission fees for whosoever it is applicable to.
Step 8: Download the result and keep it saved on your devices for future reference.

The candidates who have been assigned their top choices must “freeze” their seats. If they fail to choose the “freeze” option before the deadline their seats will be forfeited and allocated to other candidates. It is mandatory for the aspirants to pay the fees before the deadline, failing which their provisionally allocated seats will be cancelled and they won’t be allowed to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling.
Following the CSAB round 1 seat allotment results, the candidates must utilize their web options by August 8, 2024. You can freeze, surrender, float, withdraw, or exit the seat allotment process.
The candidates must note that online reporting is mandatory, which includes fee payment and document uploading. The aspirants must complete the process before the deadline, August 7, 2024.
