NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University) has extended the last date for submission of applications for its foreign languages’ certificate and diploma programmes. The new deadline is 25th July 2024.
The programmes will be conducted by the University School of Humanities & Social Sciences (USHSS) at the Dwarka campus. Classes will be held online on weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
According to Professor Vivek Sachdeva, Dean of USHSS, the foreign languages currently offered include French, Japanese, German, and Urdu.
Interested candidates are required to submit an offline application along with a demand draft of Rs 1,500 in favour of the Registrar. Applications should be sent to the Office of the Dean – USHSS, Room No. 305, C Block, USHSS, GGSIP University, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi – 78 by the 25th of July.
Applicants must also provide proof of date of birth, mark sheets, certificates of qualifying examinations, a medical fitness certificate, and a character certificate along with the application form.
Eligibility for the programme requires a 10+2 qualification with at least 50% marks. Working professionals are also eligible to apply.
