UCEED 2025: The registration deadline for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2025 has been extended to November 18, 2024. This extension allows candidates additional time to complete their applications with a late fee. Previously, the deadline was set for November 8, but the new deadline provides an extra ten days for those who have yet to submit their forms.
The UCEED, conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, serves as a gateway to top design schools in India. Successful candidates gain admission to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes at prestigious institutes like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur.
Key Dates and Important Information
With the new registration deadline in place, applicants must ensure that their forms are submitted by November 18, 2024, 5:00 pm. After the late submission period ends, no further applications will be accepted.
The examination is scheduled for January 19, 2025, from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon. Following the exam, the draft answer key will be released on January 21, and candidates will have the opportunity to raise objections until January 23. The final answer key will be published on January 29, and results are expected on March 7, 2025.
